ABOUT THE ARTIST

Pete Groves was born in Melbourne where he completed a Bachelor of Arts Graphic Design at Swinburne Institute of Technology. His work is represented in private collections in Australia, USA, Japan and London including the BHP Billiton London Collection.
Pete enjoys creating and reflecting back on the environment where harmony exists between nature and the manmade. The landscape segment with undulating horizontal lines and fenced borders, creates fractured paddocks with colours changing with the seasons. The trees and livestock break through irregular boundaries as points of interest in the landscape.
